We want you to be happy with your ChairTaiChi.org order. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for physical products (the cotton-linen tai chi uniform) and for digital products (the Chair Tai Chi Printable Pack).
If anything is unclear, email us at hello@chairtaichi.org before shipping anything back — we will guide you through the process and provide the correct return address.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return the uniform within the 30-day window if it is:
For change-of-mind and size returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Our products ship internationally, so the return is sent to our fulfillment address (in China). We recommend a tracked service, because we can only refund items we actually receive. There is no restocking fee.
Prefer a different size or color instead of a refund? Ask about an exchange in your request and we will help arrange it.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, it is on us. Email hello@chairtaichi.org within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping in these cases.
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process approved refunds to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the funds.
Shipping on your original order was free, so an approved change-of-mind refund returns the full product price. Return postage you paid for a change-of-mind return is not refundable.
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund an order before it has been dispatched. After dispatch, the standard return process above applies.
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any return or refund rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
